Taylor funeral home of Gibson announces the death and services of Mrs. Elaine Williford, age 74 of Gibson who died Sunday April 15, 2018 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Friday April 20, in the Louisville City Cemetery with Rev. Chris Williford & Gary Hutchins officiating. Pallbearers will be Frank Williford, Elvin Williford, Jerry Williford, David Kitchens, Gary Carter & Brett Lumar.

A native of Jefferson County, Mrs. Williford was the daughter of the late Edison Williford and Sadie Walden Williford. She retired from Stapleton Garment Company after many years of service as in inspector.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Williford Sr., and brothers; Wilber Williford and Glen Williford, and is survived by son and daughter in law, Ray Williford Jr, and Wanda, of Louisville, daughter and son in law, Paulette Carter and Gary of Louisville, brothers, Frank Williford of Louisville, Elvin Williford and Jerry Williford of Gibson, sisters, Rachel Godowns, of Louisville, and Crystal Thompson of Sandersville; grandchildren Heather Dykes, Felecia Williford, and Haley Williford; four great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday April 19, at the funeral home.
