Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral service of Mr. Curtis C. Mosley, age 91 of Louisville who died Thursday evening July 23, 2020 in the Pruitt Health of Old Capitol.
A family only funeral service will be held on 11:00 AM Tuesday July 28, 2020 in the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Walden officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot in Louisville City Cemetery. The service may be viewed on the Taylor Funeral Homes Facebook page starting at 10:55 AM.
A native of Lyons, Georgia Curtis was a son of the late Clyde & Alice Mosley. He was a U. S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War. He had worked in the parts department at Thermo King and drove a school bus for Jefferson County for several years. Curtis was a self-employed Barber for many years and a member of Louisville Church of God.
Mr. Mosley was preceded in death by his wife Jewell Anderson Mosley 3 brothers, Jimmy Mosley, Harry Mosley & Arron Collins, a Great-Granddaughter Alana Morgan Gilbert, and is survived by: daughter & son in-law, Vicky & Tom McEwen, of Alexandria City, AL., son & daughter in-law, Keith & Cindy Mosley of Louisville, brother Herman Mosley of Kerrville, TX, 3, grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
